Become a Grow Specialist Teacher
We are on the lookout for fantastic teachers to inspire our students to achieve their best.
Grow Teachers are:
– SEND qualified or have experience working with children or young people with SEND (ideally level 3 or 5 working with Specific Learning Difficulties or equivalent)
– Creative and organised, experienced in developing and delivering engaging lessons
– Confident using different online platforms (Google Suite, Google Meet, Zoom)
– Comfortable communicating directly with parents/carers/guardians
Become a Grow Tutor
Grow is looking for experienced and engaging tutors to support our students with subject-specific tutoring, revision tips and exam guidance.
Grow Tutors are:
– Passionate and engaging experts in their subject
– Calm and organised
– Comfortable using different online platforms (Google Suite, Skype, Zoom)
